consulting group, and for 8 years program director
for the M. J. Murdock Charitable Trust. Having evaluated
hundreds of non-profit organizations applying to
the Murdock Trust for grants and written on the
subject himself, Dave will lead the attendees through
the exercises that make for best practices in governance.
